As of December 2024, Sichuan has fully completed the additional treasury bond disaster prevention project, involving 26216 households relocated for geological disaster avoidance, 1601 comprehensive treatment, and 2781 monitoring stations.
During the implementation of the project, the Natural Resources Department of Sichuan Province, the Development and Reform Commission of Sichuan Province and the Finance Department of Sichuan Province jointly issued and implemented the Notice on Promoting the Implementation of Additional treasury bond Geological Disaster Prevention Project with High Quality and Effectively Improving the Fund Benefit of treasury bond, which defined 12 work requirements from six aspects, including responsibility implementation, process supervision, system reporting, fund use, supervision and inspection, and clean government construction, and effectively standardized the implementation procedures of additional treasury bond projects. At the same time, we will comprehensively implement the work mechanism of “provincial guidance, city and county main bodies, and county-level specific implementation”, improve the work mode of “segmented supervision and inspection, regular scheduling and notification, dynamic interview reminders”, and establish a coordinated mechanism of “administrative supervision+disciplinary supervision and supervision”.
